Wei Zhou
Ms. Wei ZHOU (based in Helsinki) has been living in Finland for decades and working on Finland related projects both in Finland and in China. She has a deep understanding of cultural context in various fields.
Being a Finnish citizen living in Helsinki and a good photographer, she is able to gather first hand materials, make interviews and host live stream for Finnish clients.
Her good Finnish language skill makes it possible to gather background stories published in Finnish. She is an enthusiastic gourmet and her extensive traveling in different parts of Finland brought her to some most unique culinary experiences.
She also studied a few years at the Master Degree program of Food Technology at University of Helsinki, which gives her insights to the food industry. Her BA and BBA degrees in Dramaturgy and Marketing makes her an invaluable asset in strategic planning and innovative content creation.
Her role as the Senior Communication Manager at Finland at Expo 2010 and as the Marketing Manager for Helsinki Marketing proves her skill in project management and team leading.
She is a member of The Finnish Association of Translators and Interpreters, Finnish Journalist Association and The Finnish Guild of Travel Journalists, which shows that she possesses strong writing and translation skills.
